What are your opening hours?
Our office opening hours are from 9.00am to 6.00pm during the weekdays. For any queries outside office hours, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible during the next working day.

Can I buy it in-store/walk-in?
Some of our products can be found in NTUC, Cold Storage and Sheng Siong supermarkets. Kindly note that this is subject to changes by ongoing contract periods.

Do you do Cash-on-Delivery (COD)? What are the charges?
Ours is a cashless transaction conducted in secured digital platforms.

If so, how do we deal for COD?
No COD transaction. Only via our secured payment gateway.

Do you do doorstep delivery?
Yes, we deliver to your doorstep

What is your shipping provider?
We have various providers assisting different locations in Singapore.

How much is the shipping fee?
It depends, ranging from $3.00 – $8.00. Shipping is free for any single orders above $35.

How long it will take for delivery of the products?
Usually it will take about 2-4 working days

Can we do a pre-order?
Yes, you can do so

How long is the pre-order period?
Pre-Order normally will take about 2 weeks, subject to shipment schedule.

Do you accept reservations?
Yes, we accept pre-paid reservations.

Do you have an agent selling your products? Where else can I get your products?
Some of our products can be obtained from NTUC, Cold Storage and Sheng Siong.

Where are your products from?
Mainly from Sri Lanka. In future, we will have more products from different parts of the world.

Where is it manufactured?
Mainly Sri Lanka.

Do you sell your products in bulk?
Yes, we do. Please contact us separately if you are ordering in bulk (minimum 10 cartons).

How do I purchase your product?
You can do it online or at some of our offline stores in collaborations.

Do you export your products?
Yes, we do export to regional countries.

What are the charges?
It depends on the weight and dimension of the products and place of delivery.

How long is the shipment?
It depends on Place of Destination.

Is the warranty provided?
Our products normally have a shelf life of 12 months. Expiry date is printed on the products.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Goods purchased cannot be cancelled or returned. Kindly check before you confirm and pay for products.

I have received a defective/wrong item. Will you bear the return shipment fee?
It depends. In general, customers are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective item or item that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer.

Do you accept trade-ins?
No trade-in is allowed

When will you restock your products?
We always have stock in Singapore, except during exceptional times of supply chain disruption and unforeseen shipment delay

Do you sell with a membership price?
We are considering this.
